Anyone can sign up, as long as they complete their profile.

How do I know if I’ve been selected for a study?
You will receive an email invitation when a study that matches your profile becomes available. You can also check if you have surveys available on portalpinta.pt under “My surveys”.
What happens if I don’t respond to an invitation?
Nothing. Participation is always optional, and you can choose to take part only in the studies that interest you.
Why was I excluded from a study after starting it?
Some studies have specific criteria. Even after starting, you may not meet all the requirements, in which case the questionnaire will end automatically.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Your data is handled confidentially and in accordance with the
applicable legislation.

In general, yes. Most studies include rewards, which are specified in the invitation.
How can I check how many points I have?
After logging in to portalpinta.pt, this information is immediately visible.
How can I redeem points for vouchers?
Once you have 100 points or more, you can start redeeming them for available vouchers. On portalpinta.pt, go to “Redeem points” and choose the voucher and desired amount.
Each point is worth €0.05. For example, 100 points equal €5, 200 points equal €10, and so on.
With some partners, the number of points required may be higher than the voucher’s face value.

After your request, the voucher is generally sent immediately.
Do I need to complete my profile?
Yes. Completing your profile is essential to start participating. In addition to earning points when you first fill it out, only a complete profile allows you to receive invitations to studies.
Can I stop participating in the panel?
Yes. You can stop participating at any time by deleting your account or simply choosing not to respond to invitations.
