The Pinta d’Amarelo panel, developed over the past few years, will remain active and will now be managed and further developed by MORE Results, strengthening our ability to gather direct consumer insights and bring brands even closer to people.

He believes that performing daily tasks with quality, responsibility, and dedication is the key to paving a path of personal and professional development. A challenging journey, full of obstacles and adversities that are simultaneously opportunities for growth and learning.

Rita Santos

Project Coordinator

Born and raised along the Cascais coastline, motherhood took her to new places. Now, she’s closer to an old passion from when she played horseball: horses.

She comes from a Law background but doesn’t really see herself as a “law woman.”

Rita Amado

Operations Manager

Half Lisbon native, half Algarvian, she is the daughter of an Angolan mother and Brazilian father. A mix that resulted in tireless energy and a determined personality that rarely gives up.

A trained psychologist, she joined the MORE team after her internship in Market Research & Data Analytics.

Perla Carreira

Research Analyst

She dreamed of writing stories as a child. She blossomed and fell in love with listening to people, which almost led her to Psychology. However, she found her place in advertising. After earning a degree in this field—because people in advertising need to be heard and observed—she went on to pursue postgraduate studies in market research.

If we look at things in reverse, it even makes sense — since she ended up preparing to write about people, based on what she hears from them.

Originally from Brazil, a Carioca and mother, with over 20 years of professional experience, she didn’t give up the adventure after 40 — a true reflection of her curious, adventurous, and optimistic personality.

She joined MORE Results in April 2024 to contribute her know-how to the Market Research team.

Paula Honrado

Senior Assistant Project Manager

Born in Lisbon, Paula considers herself a true Almadense, as she has lived there all her life.

She made her first mystery shopper visits in 2015 and hasn’t left the field since. She returned to MORE Results in 2024, ready to embrace new challenges but already part of the family.

She’s committed to noble causes, dedicating some of her free time to volunteering. She did this at the Central Hospital of Maputo, Mozambique, where she lived for six months. This experience allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the country’s culture.

She enjoys reading and watching documentaries or programs about nature, culture, or cuisine from around the world, but admits she never actually tries the recipes. She appreciates a sunny day strolling and watching the sea, but loves the time she spends alone. Nowadays, she avoids crowds and noise, preferring to practice the art of “enjoying the silence” whenever she can.

She admits that, of all the challenges she’s faced, being a mother has been the greatest. It demands a lot of responsibility but is also very rewarding.

Nuno Trindade

People & Marketing Manager

One of MORE’s veterans, he joined the team at its inception in 1999. With a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, he currently takes on key responsibilities including business analysis, finance, people management, and marketing—areas that constantly challenge him to keep up with market trends.

Outside the office, he dedicates his time to family and fatherhood. He enjoys cooking, traveling, hunting, fishing… among many other activities that invite relaxation.

Miguel Santos

Junior Project Coordinator

With a degree in Sports and Wellness, he has worked in sales and hospitality, and has now embraced an opportunity in market research, nurturing the multidisciplinary spirit that has characterized MORE Results since its inception.

He’s been with us since May 2022.

Miguel Loureiro

Assistant Project Manager

Miguel’s only mainstream traits are his love for fried cuttlefish and being a proud resident of Sado. Beyond that, well, you can judge for yourself.

With a degree in History and a Master’s in Museology, he loves spending time tucked away in museums. That’s not to say he keeps quiet when the topic is history and/or stories. Most of us, right?!

He really enjoys analog photography and writing — especially the latter. Who doesn’t?

Born in Lisbon and raised in Ribatejo, she returned to the capital at 17, embracing her identity as a true “alfacinha” at heart.

She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology and began her collaboration with MORE in 2013.

A dreamer and dedicated, she lives life with full attention and commitment — both with family and friends, as well as professionally.

Mafalda Campos

A die-hard Lioness, who might seem like a reptile to those wearing a different color.

With an academic background in communication, she truly lives up to the field where she mastered the art of burning the midnight oil. Not one to waste words, she knows how to use them at the right moments, share a hearty laugh, and infect colleagues with her cheerful spirit.

Mafalda is one of the colleagues from the January 2022 batch.

Luís Duarte

General Manager

“Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can improve today” is the phrase that has inspired him to do MORE since founding the company in 1998.

With a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, he believes in “serving to lead” and dedicates his time to both internal and external clients, innovation, and the continuous improvement of clients’ businesses.

He enjoys spending his free time with family (young and old), reading, and training outdoors with the Marines.

Laura Azevedo

Quality Controller

Born in Alto Alentejo, specifically in the beautiful city of Portalegre, Laura came to the capital at 18. Here, she studied Communication Sciences.

She considers herself a homebody, much like one prefers home-cooked food.

Always ready to pack her bags for a trip to new places, when she can’t, she dedicates herself to watching TV series. According to her, good series.

She joined MORE Results in July 2022.

José Taborda

Assistant Project Manager

A native of Ribatejo with very unique interests—including woodworking for Hi-Fi audio—José is studying Mechanical Engineering and embraced the challenge at MORE Results in market research.

This new team member fully embodies one of the characteristics that set our team apart — eclecticism.

Restless and talkative, he can also be seen, quite often, as very attentive and focused on what he’s doing.

João Naré

Research Analyst

With a degree in Marketing, João embraced the challenge at MORE Results in the market research field. In a few words, João — “Naré” as we call him — lets his shyness reveal that he’s a dreamer.

He enjoys football and computer games, from which he picks up some English vocabulary that we wouldn’t exactly call “Business English” — at least, that’s what our teacher said.

He’s been with us since mid-2019.

Inês Luís

Assistant Project Manager

With an easy smile, this true Ribatejana came to Lisbon to study and stayed. But good things don’t get lost, so her slight accent is still clearly noticeable, as is her passion for bullfighting and enjoying good food and drink around the table with family and friends.

She joined MORE Results in July 2024, wearing green pants and coming from the Alvalade area, but proudly identifies as a die-hard Benfica fan — one of those who says, “I’m going to the stadium, want to come or should I go alone?!” As the saying goes, “ppearances can be deceiving”.

Inês Deus

Research Manager

Inês is a social researcher by training and a data analysis specialist. Combining this with her usually serious and focused demeanor, you might think she’s a rather dull person — even a “lab rat” — but how wrong that would be.

And wouldn’t you know it, amidst all this, there’s a sarcastic humor that can totally catch us off guard at the most unexpected moments!

Gonçalo Miranda

Senior Assistant Project Manager

Trained in Social Sciences, he has, as far as we know, at least one more passion: music, which he writes about for HD magazine.

Relaxed and low-key in appearance, but a great ballroom dancer, he joined along with other colleagues in a strong batch in January 2022.

Frederico Marques

Project Coordinator

An engineer by training, “Fred,” as we call him, is the kind of person who’s always looking for ways to simplify a process, speed up a task, and make easier what we sometimes find inherently complicated.

A man of few words and usually calm, he enjoys having a drink with friends, watching a ball game (not necessarily football), and playing one or several games on his PC or mobile.

He returned to MORE Results at the end of 2022.

Catarina Lopes

Hospitality Experience Manager

“Go. Fight. Win!” is the life motto of this true Lisbon native who believes above all in teamwork to achieve goals.

At MORE since 2008, she holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and is restless by nature. Thirsty for learning, she can’t stay still and has other passions including reading, art, cinema, and travel.

But when all is said and done, it’s family that drives her.

Carla Dias

New Business Manager

Carla is one of our leading figures in the sales department.

An emotionally open person, she finds balance in the comfort of home and family.

She truly embodies the “Call for MORE,” spending as much time inside the company as she does outside, whether with clients or partners. Determined and methodical, she strives to meet every goal she sets or is assigned.

Camila Antunes

Junior Research Analyst

She is a Master’s student in Data Driven Marketing and has developed a passion for consumer behavior.

She’s a person without vices — at least none that we know of.

It’s not uncommon to see her in her hammock “tent.”

She joined MORE in April 2022.

Bruna Gomes

Assistant Project Manager

A fan of Luan Santana, you could almost play Cupid’s arrow and say Bruna is a romantic. But, knowing her a bit better, you could say she goes beyond that — she’s truly a dreamer. One of her hobbies is planning trips, even if they’re not for herself.

True to what we said, she declares that the City of Light — Paris — holds a special place in her heart.

Among series and books, she highlights Game of Thrones and Ensaio sobre a Cegueira.

In sports, she wears green, even though her favorite color is lilac — a color that takes us, once again, to magical worlds.

Bárbara Pinheiro

Assistant Project Manager

“Get up and get moving” was what she recently said.
She recently moved from the couch to CrossFit — quite a radical change for someone who used to enjoy “do nothing.” As a trained psychologist, she should be able to explain this!

She is also passionate about the arts, specifically theatre. Perhaps a way to express or mimic things we sometimes don’t say.

She joined MORE Results in July 2022.

Ângelo Pinho

Quality Controller

With several years of experience in the mystery shopping field at different companies, Ângelo is one of the warriors on the mystery shopper visit validation team. Low-key with an easy smile, though a homebody, he enjoys taking his journeys in the company of “his one and only.”

He joined MORE Results at the beginning of 2023.

She’s full of energy, which you can see not only in how much she talks but especially in her great passion — volleyball — a sport she plays and coaches. A little secret: she’s also into ink.

Born in Northern Portugal, with roots in the Alentejo and a Southern accent, Carolina is a key player in validating mystery shopper visits. She currently splits her professional time with the challenging mission of being a mother. However, being a woman from the North, all of this is just “peanuts.”
