Mystery shoppers are individuals who visit points of sale acting as regular customers, but pay close attention to the service or create specific situations to test that service. They always maintain a discreet and impartial attitude, being diligent in their role as Auditors. Mystery shopper evaluations can be carried out in person (in stores), over the phone, or through digital channels. The details of the evaluation, including the situation to be simulated (purchase scenarios), are provided by the project coordination team before the evaluations take place. At the end, the mystery shopper fills out an online report on the quality of the service, which is submitted through our platform Shopmetrics, or in some cases, via our partners' online platforms.
These evaluations allow brands to understand your experience as a consumer and to develop internal mechanisms to improve both the customer experience and their service.

The first step is to register on our website, moresults.shopmetrics.com. Next, you should complete the requested profile information, which we need for processing payments and to better understand the brands you use as a consumer."
The third step is the auditor certification. This certification will allow you to become familiar with our internal rules, payment methods, and other relevant information.
After this certification, you will start receiving emails from our team with potential opportunities near your place of residence. You should fill out the forms or reply to the emails in order to be selected.
Our payments are made 60 days after the end of the month. Whenever you have fees to receive, you will receive an email indicating the amounts due, which will also be available under 'My Settings' and 'Payment History'.
Example: visits carried out in the month of January will be paid at the end of March. At the beginning of March, you will receive an email to confirm the work completed.
You can issue a green receipt, a one-time invoice, or download a digital voucher from our MORE Credits platform.
Expense amounts (meals, product purchases, etc.) are not included in the green receipt. They are also paid within 60 days, separately, via bank transfer at the end of the month. Don’t forget to enter your IBAN in your personal area on Shopmetrics.
As a rule, we do not cover travel expenses, since the visits are usually located near your place of residence or work. However, in cases where travel reimbursement is applicable, the amount will be specified in the visit request and must be agreed upon in advance with the project team.
This travel reimbursement is paid together with the other fees (green receipt, one-time invoice, or digital voucher).
Payments vary depending on the project and its level of ease or difficulty, but the amount will always be stated when you are invited to participate in a project. Values typically range from €5 to €30.
It allows us to filter profiles according to each project. The more information you provide, the greater the chances of matching what we’re looking for. Banking details are required in order to process payment for completed visits.

"Our platform only allows you to view the visits carried out in the payment month. That is, if we are in March, the platform will display the visits you completed in January. However, no information is lost — our team has access to your full payment history. Yes. We offer focus groups, individual interviews, accompanied visits, as well as face-to-face interviews. Whenever we have this type of project, we send out an email so you can apply if you're interested.
