They always maintain a discreet and impartial attitude, being diligent in their role as Auditors. Mystery shopper evaluations can be carried out in person (in stores), over the phone, or through digital channels. The details of the evaluation, including the situation to be simulated (purchase scenarios), are provided by the project coordination team before the evaluations take place. At the end, the mystery shopper fills out an online report on the quality of the service, which is submitted through our platform Shopmetrics, or in some cases, via our partners' online platforms.<\/p>\n      <p>These evaluations allow brands to understand your experience as a consumer and to develop internal mechanisms to improve both the customer experience and their service.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <div class=\"faq-question\">Can I be penalized for giving this kind of feedback?<\/div>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      <p>No. Your identity will never be compromised \u2014 your data is always anonymous and non-identifiable.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <div class=\"faq-question\">How does the process work?<\/div>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      <p>The first step is to register on our website, moresults.shopmetrics.com. This certification will allow you to become familiar with our internal rules, payment methods, and other relevant information.<\/p>\n      <p>After this certification, you will start receiving emails from our team with potential opportunities near your place of residence.
